WHEN: Participants are requested to arrive the first day indicated in the acceptance letter and leave the last day indicated in the acceptance, for example: July1 – July 16 where july 1st is arrival date and july 16 is departure.

Those who would like to take advantage of our private BUS options should arrive and leave accordingly to the schedule and reserve with us their place on the bus.

PRIVATE BUS: The International Lyric Academy provides private bus transportation from the airport to the Hotels on day of your arrival (the bus will leave the airport approximately between 2.00pm and 3.00pm) and from the Hotels to the airport on the day of your departure (the bus will leave Vicenza approximately between 6.00 am and 8.00 am). Please let us know your flight schedule, airline and flight number as soon as possible as we can make arrangements.
